"Order not delivered and no help from customer service"
I still haven't gotten my order even though it says it was shipped, and the delivery service hasn't picked it up. I've reached out through email, phone calls, and the chat on the website, but got absolutely no reply. It's like customer service is just a myth. Super frustrating!

Ordering online was a breeze. There were plenty of options and details available. After I made the payment, I got a confirmation email, followed by another one letting me know that DPD would reach out with the delivery date and time. The items arrived ahead of schedule, and the driver was friendly and courteous. I also received another email confirming the delivery. Outstanding service with clear communication. Got here a day early for the delivery. It was well packed. Matches our other cushions perfectly, and it’s worth the extra £15 compared to the first two cushions from a different company (which only come in pairs, costing £7.50 more).
